As a Funder, The Health Trust invests in organizations, programs, and projects that seek to address health inequality in Santa Clara and Northern San Benito Counties. We focus on key drivers of health, like food and nutrition, chronic disease prevention and management, and housing support.
IN FISCAL YEAR 2025, THE HEALTH TRUST AWARDED 25 HEALTH PARTNERSHIP GRANTS, TOTALING $3.55 MILLION.
In addition, The Health Trust awarded 52 Community Grants in support of agencies, events, and projects that align with our mission, totaling $100,000.
